This report aims to increase awareness of the scale and severity of the economic crisis in Lebanon over the past three years. It describes how the crisis disproportionately affects children and is likely to have shortand long-term consequences on their future.

This report aims to inform international humanitarian responders about the national and local systems and the local response within Ukraine. The report relies on the secondary data review of public and non-public sources and 77 key informant interviews.

Approximately 3.5 million people have arrived in Poland from Ukraine since 24 February 2022. This number corresponds to roughly 53% of the 6.5 million people who have fled Ukraine because of the war. Although many Ukrainians choose Poland, it is uncertain how many migrants and refugees intend to stay in Poland and how many have already moved to other locations.

This research aims to provide humanitarians with a qualitative understanding of how ordinary Yemeni households cope with the challenges brought about and accentuated by war. The report aims at providing an overview of the situation of displaced and stranded people inside Ukraine, including their humanitarian needs. It also analyses the information landscape to identify gaps. 

ACAPS’ Global Risk Analysis outlines a number of key contexts where a particular situation may notably deteriorate within the next six months, causing (a spike in) humanitarian needs. The risks included in this report were based on certain events or factors (triggers) that may emerge over the coming six months. 

As at 22 March 2022, the cyclone had affected over 488,000 people and displaced around 23,400. The number of those affected will likely increase to 580,000 in five provinces: Manica, Nampula, Tete, Sofala, and Zambezia. The main needs are livelihood and education.

This report aims to analyse the current information and analysis ecosystem in the Afghanistan response. ACAPS analysed the data and analysis landscape for the humanitarian response in Afghanistan through a secondary review of the main humanitarian information management products published between 2019–2021. We also conducted 13  key informant interviews.

On 24 February 2022, the Russian Government announced a large-scale military operation against Ukraine. UNHCR projected that at least 100,000 Ukrainians would arrive in Moldova by July 2022 as a result of the crisis in Ukraine.

The report aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the main drivers of the current food insecurity situation in the Grand Sud and its impact on affected households across humanitarian response sectors. The report also provides an overview of coping mechanisms used by people in need, which have further adverse effects.
